Mark Gilbert has owned The Maids in Ashburn and Leesburg for over eight years. Mark was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, and earned his degree in accounting from the University of Alaska. He enjoys running, attending Orioles games, and spending time with his dog, Rusty. He currently resides in Fairfax with his wife, Helen, and his daughters, Jennifer and Amanda.

Eva Jimenez - Office Manager

A native of Virginia, Eva Jimenez has served as the Office Manager for The Maids for over a year and a half. Her favorite thing about working at The Maids is that it gives her an opportunity to work with people. She enjoys spending time with her four-year-old daughter, cooking, and going to the movies.

Marcela Restrepo - Field Manager

Marcela Restrepo is the Field Manager for The Maids. She is originally from Columbia, but currently calls Sterling home. Marcela enjoys working with each of our teams to ensure that the quality of each clean is the best possible.
